WAFFLES (EGGLESS)

Ingredients
Milk : 320ml/ 1 1/4th cup plus 2 tsps
Butter : 1 / 4 th Cup
Vanilla essence : 1 / 2 tsp
Self raising flour : 200 gms/ 7.05 ounces
Salt : One pinch
Cooking soda : 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar : 2 tbsps

Method
1. Mix milk, butter and vanilla essence in a bowl.
2. Sift flour with soda. Add sugar. Add milk mixture gradually to it stirring constantly to make a smooth batter.
3. Brush pre-heated waffle maker with a little butter on both plates.
4. Pour some batter on centre of the lower waffle plate. Evenly spread it slightly over the edges. Close cover. Cook for 6 -7 minutes. Open, cook remaining waffles same way. Serve hot with honey.
