Milk : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Ghee : 1/2 cup
Maida/ Flour : 2 cups
Semolina : 1 cup
Salt to taste.
1. First boil the milk in a vessel. Stir in the sugar. Then add the ghee and salt and mix well.
2. Remove the vessel from heat. Add maida and rawa (slightly fried) to the mix.
Knead the dough and keep aside for 2 / 3 hours.
3. Roll it as making a chappati with a rolling pin. With a cutter make diamond shaped shankarpalis. Fry in ghee till brown.
