FRESH FRUIT SHAKES



Ingredients
Fruit : Either 2 mangoes or 4 chickoos, or 4 bananas, or 2 apples or 1 cup strawberries or any fruits of your choice.
Milk : 1/2 litre/ 2 cups
Sugar : as desired

Method
1. Chop the fruit into small pieces.
2. Add the milk and blend in a mixie or food processor.
3. Add sugar and chill the shake.

Note : Apple shake must be immediately consumed. For variations you may take two fruits together. Eg. Papaya and banana to make papaya-banana shake. You may add a dollop of ice cream while blending for the extra zing to the taste.
