FRENCH VANILLA ICE CREAM


French Vanilla Ice cream

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups light cream (500 ml)
2 cups milk (500ml)
2 tsps vanilla

Method:
1) Mix eggs & milk well. Cook over low heat in a saucepan & add sugar. Stir till it coats the back of a spoon (10 - 12 mins). Cool.
2) Add vanilla & cream. Refrigerate.


Easy Vanilla Ice cream

Ingredients
1 cups light cream
1 cup sugar
2 tsps vanilla

Method:
Blend the cream, sugar & vanilla. Regrigerate. When it starts setting at the sides (3-4 hours) remove from fridge & blend with a hand mixer till smooth & creamy.
Refrigerate till set.
