Apple : 1 chopped
Banana : 1 chopped
Papaya : 1/4 th chopped
Orange : 1 peeled and skinned
Juice of 1 Lemon
Milk : 2 cups
Sugar free : 2 measures
1. Chop all the fruits and mix with the lemon juice.
2. Keep aside 2 tbsps of the chopped fruit and blend the remaining fruit with the milk in the mixie.
3. Add the chopped fruit which you have kept aside and add the sugar free to it. Put into individual bowls. Serve chilled.
Note : You can alter the milk quantity depending on the consistency you want.
